Manner of marking products:

Marking of hydraulic piston, ram and telescopic cylinders

Cylinder marking should include:

I. Type of cylinder:

SJ,CJ - hydraulic piston cylinder with one-sided piston rod
CD - hydraulic cylinder with double-sided piston rod
CN - hydraulic ram cylinder

II. Type of mounting:

1 - self-aligning mounting
2 - rod end mounting
3 - trunnion mounting
4 - mounting on two flanges
5 - head flanged
6 - bottom flanged
7 - foot mounting

III. Design version:

F - current design version for piston cylinders
E - current design version for ram cylinders

IV. Nominal pressure

V. Piston diameter

VI. Piston rod or ram diameter

VII. Stroke

VIII. Braking in piston cylinders (if any)

D - braking from the bottom
G - braking from the head

IX. Piston or ram end:

z - external thread
w - internal thread

Example of marking type CJ piston cylinder, with articulated mounting, for nominal pressure of 16 MPa, with piston diameter of 80 mm, piston rod diameter of 45 mm, with external thread, with stroke of 320 mm, with double-sided braking:

Example of marking CN type ram cylinder, with articulated mounting, for nominal pressure of 16 MPa, with ram diameter of 40 mm, with external thread, stroke of 500 mm:

Example of marking a cylinder eye, with self-aligning bearing, with an externally threaded end, destined for piston or ram cylinders with piston or ram diameter of 50 mm:
